Tenancy Support and Sustainment Services in the South East Region

The provision of a Tenancy Support and Sustainment Service ("TSSS") that will provide support to households that are at risk of becoming homeless, in order to assist them to occupy (or continue) to occupy their accommodation and progress from homelessness or potential homelessness towards independent sustainable living. This will involve home visits by TSSS project workers whose role will be to signpost and facilitate access to mainstream services. Further details about the TSSS can be found in Appendix 1 of the RFT.
On completion of the tender process each local authority will enter into a separate contract with the successful tenderer for their individual service.
