The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA), on behalf of Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI), is seeking tenders for the appointment to a Multi- Party Framework for the provision of Monitoring Surveying Services, comprising of two Panels:
Panel 1 - developments that are principally housing developments.
Panel 2 - developments that are principally apartments/ high density /high rise residential developments and developments with a high level of complexity
