The CRU requires consultancy services to oversee the operational scope of PSF: The Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act (2010 and 2015) and the Directive 2013/30/EU on the safety of offshore oil and gas operations. Therefore, the Tenderer should have the operational familiarity of the following legislative documents:
a. The Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act 2010 and 2015
b. Directive 2013/30/EU on the safety of offshore oil and gas operations;
c. The Petroleum Safety Framework, including the policy documents which comprise the Framework including but not limited to:
a. the development and/or assessment of safety cases throughout the full lifecycle in oil and gas exploration and extraction;
b. conducting audits/inspections of oil and gas installations onshore and offshore;
c. carrying out incident investigations; and
d. managing risk in oil and gas exploration and extraction activities, and in particular the application of the ALARP principle.
