Establishment of a multiple supplier framework agreement in six lots for the provision of advisory support to public bodies

The objective of this RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish six multiparty framework agreements for the provision of support to public bodies. Each framework agreement will
cover a separate lot as listed below:
Lot 1: Sector Managers and Energy Networking Managers
Lot 2: Partnership Support Managers
Lot 3: Energy Management Specialists
Lot 4: Transport Fleet Energy Management and Decarbonisation Experts
Lot 5: Energy Performance and Green Houses Gases Performance Methodology Experts and Advisors
Lot 6: Energy Decarbonisation strategic pathway experts
