The Contracting Entity is seeking to establish a framework agreement which will be established on foot of a competition for an initial contract for two (2) straddle carrier machines to be delivered, tested and commissioned together with relevant training (onsite and/or virtual) at the Contracting Entityโ€™s sites. The initial contract will be awarded to the highest ranked successful tenderer shortly after the formal establishment of the framework agreement.
The Straddle Carriers must meet the minimum requirements for Machine Structural and Design as set out in the Qualification Questionnaire.

2. This is the sole call for competition for this service.
3. The Contracting Entity anticipates that the value of the Framework Agreement will be within the range of โ‚ฌ1,700,000 to โ‚ฌ12,000,000 (excluding VAT).
4. Suppliers must register their interest on the eTenders web site (www.etenders.gov.ie) in order to be included on the mailing list for clarifications and to respond electronically to the competition.
