The CIB currently funds and supports 22 service delivery companies. The CIB wishes to appoint one provider to provide access to the 22 service delivery companies to one multi-employer pension scheme. It is envisaged that this multi-employer pension scheme will be a master trust and it is hereafter referred to as the ‘Master Trust’, but other arrangements that provide a completely outsourced solution with all costs deducted from the fund and that meet all of the requirements set out below will also be considered.
