Kilkenny County Council are tendering on behalf of Carlow County Council and itself for the provision of public lighting maintenance and ancillary services for the counties of Kilkenny and Carlow as summarised below:
The general range of work envisaged includes, but not limited to:
โ€ข night patrols along agreed routes;
โ€ข routine repairs and associated observations;
โ€ข major fault repairs requiring underground cable fault location, repairs and column replacement;
โ€ข modifications/alterations/upgrades to existing lighting stock;
โ€ข electrical and structural Lnspections and surveys;
โ€ข associated civil works;
โ€ข emergency attendances;
โ€ข tree and vegetation pruning and removal;
โ€ข installation of and alterations to public lighting schemes.
