Kilkenny County covers an area of 2 073 km and Carlow County covers an area of 896 km. The contract relates to approximately 11 000 lights located in Kilkenny County and 6441 lights located in Carlow County in parks river walks and public amenities, on residential roads, urban and rural traffic routes and national primary and secondary routes. The Tenderer is to note that not all the lights included in the scope of this contract are accessible from a mobile elevated mobile platform (MEWP) of hoist or similar.
