As per 1.4 of RFT the initial term of the contract shall be for three year period effective 21/12/2021 to 20/12/2024. the value for the three year period is €1,420,500.00:

Year one €473,500.

Year two €473,500 in line with CPI

Year three, €473,500 in line with CPI

As per 1.5 of RFT, ComReg reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to one year with a maximum of one such extension or extensions cumulatively on the same terms and conditions, subject to ComReg’s obligations at law.
