Dublin City Council proposes to award a 1 year contract, to the successful framework member, for the initial supply, installation, maintenance, removal and safe storage of the proposed lighting projects listed in the specification of requirements.
The framework agreement will operate in a cascade system. The term of the framework agreement will be for a period of 2 years. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 2 such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the contracting authority’s obligations at law.
