Pursuant to the provisions in Article 32.5 of the Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, in the event of and subject to additional funding and approval, any additional or repetitive works/services that are directly related back to the original contract, may be awarded to the successful tenderer pursuant to the procedures in accordance with Article 26.1. The basic project shall indicate any possible additional works/services and the conditions under which they will be awarded. The value of all additional works/services shall not exceed 100 % of the original contract or exceed thresholds in line with Local, National and EU Thresholds whichever is less.
