Pursuant to the provisions in Article 32.5 of the Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, in the event of and subject to additional funding and approval, any additional or repetitive works/services that are directly related back to the original contract, may be awarded to the successful tenderer pursuant to the procedures in accordance with Article 26.1.
