The development will be arranged in four blocks with Block A ranging from four to eight storeys, Block B and D comprising 6 storeys and Block C comprising four storeys, with associated courtyards, pedestrian access, vehicular access and dropoff and parking facilities for the less mobile. Vehicular access to the development is via the existing Corrib Village access road. The development will include intensive site landscaping and boundary treatment, footpath links to Campus networks, building signage, connections to services and all associated works.
