Technical Assistance to the EPA for the 4 Round of Noise Mapping

The EPA is awarding a contract for the provision of technical assistance for the 4 round of noise mapping. The Round 4 noise mapping process is a 5-year process covering the period from 2019-2023. The EPA in conjunction with our appointed technical consultant will work with the relevant Noise Mapping Bodies to complete various tasks that will arise during the Round 4 noise mapping process such as: undertaking a review of the Round 3 noise maps; reporting the Round 4 extents; completing a Round 4 revision of strategic noise maps using the new CNOSSOS methodology; reviewing the methodology for exposure assessment; and the delivery of strategic noise maps and action plans.
The tender is divided into 2 phases to cover this 5-year period:
— Phase 1: to cover the period from June 2019 — 2022 (June),
— Phase 2: to cover the period from June 2022 — 2024 (June).
