Horse Racing Ireland (HRI)
The Contracting Authority intends to establish a single-party Framework Agreement for the concept, design and decoration of marquees to Leopardstown Club Ltd. This includes but is not limited to meeting with relevant stakeholders, adherence to a brief, design of concept, decoration of marquees, on site management and post event de-brief. There may also be a requirement for concept, design and decoration of marquees services to other HRI Racecourses.
