Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Seeking Expressions of Interest for Replacement of All Hardware Supporting Oracle Applications and Upgrade to Bespoke Oracle Human Resource Management System

The Minister for Defence is seeking to establish a competitive dialogue through this pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) with a view to establishing a contract for requirements of the Department of Defence/Defence Forces (DODDF).
The DODDF has an integrated suite of strategic applications (Management Information Framework (MIF) comprising an Oracle Financial Application (Oracle eBusiness Suite), a bespoke oracle human resource management system โ€“ the personnel management system (PMS) and an identity and access management solution (oracle single sign on).
The DODDF is seeking to replace its hardware infrastructure as a platform for these strategic applications in addition to upgrading the PMS application.
The contracting authority plans to initiate a tender competition for a contract for the requirements set out in Section 3 โ€“ Scope of Requirements arising from this PQQ. This PQQ (Stage 1) will direct the structure of the tender competitions.
