Provide advise for all aspects of foreign PIT liability and/or exemptions. Register and deregister ESB subsidiary company/branch as employer in host jurisdiction as required and register and deregister the individual employeesโ€™ for personal income tax and social security payments in host jurisdictions:

ESB reserves the right to extend the framework for 2 years and again by a further 2 years (potential total extension is 4 years).

2) This is the sole call for competition for this service.
3) The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers.
