Sligo Tourism Marketing Strategy 2020-21
To manage all social media channels on behalf of Sligo Tourism:
โ strategy workshops to align all networks and Sligo Tourism to optimise resources available, avoid duplication and ensure best ROI on campaigns promoting Sligo e.g. ensure that Sligo Tourism, Adventure Sligo, Sligo Walks, and Sligo Food Trail are complementing not competing,
โ development of a campaign plan and content calendar for Sligo Tourism for the period July 2020 to June 2021, to include at least 2 new audience campaigns,
โ development of Brexit management plan,
โ quarterly campaign planning sessions.
