The redevelopment of St. Camillus to provide elderly care accommodation containing 75 bedrooms will be carried out in phased construction.
The construction of a new 2 storey care ward block extension. The ground and first floor of each ward will contain 25 bedrooms and ancillary accommodation. 3 459 m.
The construction of new 2 storey entrance building 654 m
Upon completion the northern 2 storey section of the existing St. Camillus building (i.e. H Block) will be demolished to allow for the construction of new single storey card ward. 1 335 m. The construction of a single storey ward block containing 25 bedrooms and ancillary accommodation. This building will have a total floor area of 1 573 m.
