Europa-Kommissionens repræsentation afholder et obligatorisk besøg i den ordregivende myndigheds lokaler samt et informationsmøde, hvor deltagerne vil få mulighed for at stille spørgsmål om de tekniske specifikationer. Et referat af informationsmødet med detaljerede spørgsmål og svar vil blive sendt samtidigt til alle virksomheder, som var repræsenteret ved besøget. Oplysninger om dato (21.5.2019) og foranstaltninger i forbindelse med besøget vil blive angivet i opfordringen til at afgive bud (anden fase af det begrænsede udbud).
