The overall Phase 1 development is approximately 12 580 m in area. The development consists of 9 505 m of new build construction with the balance comprising the retained elements of the North House East and North House West protected structures (Planning Ref GSDZ2346/19).
The scope of works will include the demolition of existing redundant structures including the stand alone North House Annexe, Changing Rooms and extensions to the existing North House buildings. The GDA is seeking to shortlist the top 5 ranking main contractors and top 5 ranking reserved specialist subcontractors.
