Description of the procurement
The framework agreement for engineering design services will be to support Irish Water’s Business Plan objectives. The terms of reference for the scope of the framework is wide-ranging and comprehensive and will encompass many deliverables, including the following (non-exhaustive) list of services: appraisal of projects and programmes:

— planning and services relating to other statutory compliances,
— statutory licence reporting support,
— investigations and surveys,
— investment planning support,
