The proposed works will comprise the fit-out of circa 5 600 m net (between the 3 and 8 Floors) in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 (the "Premises") for office accommodation. The fit out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas.The main building works (shell and core and CAT A works) are complete. The works are to be completed by the end of June 2019 to allow occupation by the IDA in Q3 2019. Applicants should note that construction (fit-out works) on other floors in the Three Park Place development will be ongoing during the fit-out works.
