Therefore, none of the rules of the directive apply to the award procedure for this project and that includes those relating to timescales, selection and award criteria and notifications to candidates and tenderers and all the other rules, 3โ€” this project and the associated works contract is part funded under the regional enterprise development fund of the Irish Government's Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation, through Enterprise Ireland and the award of this original contract will be in accordance with the Irish Government's Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF), 4โ€” the awarding authority reserves the right to liaise with a separate entity (namely FEXCO) which contemplates undertaking further works on or adjacent to the site, including the sharing of information on a strictly confidential basis in relation to this current competition.
