The Works Contractor contract defined as the Refurbishment of the existing Arts Building of 4 700 m accommodation which may be delivered over 2 phases. Phase 1 is circa 1 390 m which provides for reconfiguration of existing offices into modern teaching spaces and courtyard. Phase 2 is circa 3 310 m which provides reconfiguration of existing toilets, office space into modern teaching spaces. Works also include provision of new courtyard and works to existing mechanical and electrical systems.
