Dublin City Council wishes to establish 2 multi-party Framework Agreements for the provision of Postal Services (Lot 1) and the provision of Print and Distribution (Fulfilment) Services (Lot 2), using the open procedure, both for a maximum of 4 years and both will be regional Framework Agreements and will be available to South Dublin County Council, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Fingal County Council. The top scoring tenderer under each lot will be awarded a contract by Dublin City Council and the other councils may run mini-competitions.
