Establishment of a Single Operator Framework for Enabling Works; The National Maternity Hospital at St Vincent's University Hospital

The works relate to the creation of a single operator to deliver a series of enabling works in connection with The NMH relocation to the campus of SVUH. Such works will include but are not limited to, the following:
1) The provision of temporary service supplies including laboratory gases, N2O, LTHW, etc., and all associated works;
2) The provision of permanent service supplies including M, LV, FA, Oil, NG, Comms, etc., and all associated works;
3) Decommissioning of existing services and associated infrastructure;
4) Medium voltage ring installation: General refurbishment/alterations/reconfigurations/extensions works to clinical and non-clinical accommodation;
5) Sub-structure works including demolition of existing buildings, excavation works, drainage diversions/installations and piling installation;
6) Mock-up facility construction;
7) Temporary modular buildings;
8) Construction of a new basement MV switch room;
9) Various installation and upgrading works to various utilities and plant.
