Provision of Services for the analysis, design development, implementation and evaluation in house of e-learning courses. This will be implemented in cases when the Courts Service develops courses in house.
Services required by the Courts Service include but are not confined to the following:
— analysis of training needs,
— course design alternatives,
— course development tools,
— methods and methodologies,
— course implementation best practices,
— coaching of virtual trainers
— course evaluation.

The aim is that the Learning and Development Unit staff involved in the e-learning project will have access to external expert input and advice to use methodologies/tools to analyse, design, develop, implement and evaluate e-learning courses and other related activities to enable Staff to be proficient in use of relevant software to produce RLO's themselves.
