The project will include:
— Contaminated Land Remediation, including but not limited to, refinement (investigation), demolition, soil & groundwater remediation, capping, gas protection measures and all associated works;
— Protection and/or repair and/or demolition of existing
Buildings, Structures and Features (including protected structures);
seawalls, quay dock and lock walls, breakwaters, bridges, retaining walls and flood defences (in the context of undertaking and securing the integrity of the remediation works);
— Protection and/or removal of existing site services including outfalls and headwalls;
— Protection and/or repair and/or demolition of existing
site surface and subsurface structures/features;
perimeter fencing and security;
— Establish safe access to and around the site for vehicles and pedestrians;
— Provision of utilities for the site.
