The successful contractor will be required to:
— Conduct a survey of both spaces and have the project fully researched and costed.
— Submit the project proposals.
— Deliver the project in compliance with current Building and Health and Safety Regulations.
— Complete the project within budget and to a time frame and schedule of works as agreed.
