Provision of Security Shuttering Services for Residential properties

SDCC require framework for the provision of Security Shuttering to properties.
200 properties are vacated annually but not all properties vacated are secured by the installation of metal screens.
The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to:
— Steel security door screens;
— Fixed security window screens;
— Out of hours call out vacant properties;
— Any additional elements associated with the works listed above.
SDCC require installation of required screening completed within three (3) hours of specified order being received.
The Framework agreement will initially be issued for a term of one (1) year. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period of up to one (1) year with a maximum of three (3) such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority's obligations at law. The Term will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate.
