Laser Ablation System for the National Centre for Isotope Geochemistry at UCD

Tenders are sought for the supply and installation of an Excimer laser ablation system, to be coupled with: (a) An iCAPQ Quadrupole ICPMS and, (b) with a Neptune MC-ICPMS for simultaneous analysis of elemental concentrations and isotope ratios, to be installed at the National Centre for Isotope Geochemistry at UCD, School of Earth Sciences, University College Dublin. The laser ablation system will also be used with either of the mass spectrometers specified above, coupled independently.
Funding Acknowledgment — This laser ablation system is to be purchased as part of the Irish Centre for Research in Applied Geosciences (iCRAG). iCRAG is funded under the Science Foundation Ireland Research Centres Programme (13/RC/2092) which is co-funded under the European Regional Development Fund.
