Health Service Executive (HSE)

The HSE has a statutory responsibility for the provision of Health and Social care services in the Republic of Ireland. Emergency Ambulance Services are provided by the National Ambulance Services.
The HSE invites responses from suitably qualified organisations for appointment to a Framework Agreement for Private Ambulance Services providing a high-quality transport service for public HSE patients; strictly on an if and when required basis (as deemed by the HSE); for ad hoc private ambulance services, where deemed necessary and required by the HSE, in accordance with Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council's (PHECC) Standards and dedicated private ambulance services within a specific geographic area or attached to a specific facility, where deemed necessary and required by the HSE in accordance with PHECC Standards.

The initial framework agreement will be for a period twelve (12) months with the option to extend for further periods not to exceed thirty six (36) months in total.
