A number of changes to the rules on the contracting model requirements have been made, in addition to subdividing Lot 2 into Part A Freshwater and Part B Marine; to the scoring; to previous experience; to the number of applicants to be invited to tender; to the envisaged number of participants to the framework agreement, along with other textual changes.
