A number of changes to the rules on the contracting model requirements have been made, in addition to subdividing Lot 2 into Part A Freshwater and Part B Marine; to the scoring; to previous experience; to the number of applicants to be invited to tender; to the envisaged number of participants to the framework agreement, along with other textual changes. Applicants are requested to read the new questionnaire in full and not to rely on the text of the previous questionnaire. Applicants should note that the closing date has been extended to 25.9.2017 to reflect the changes.
