Teagasc is seeking to establish a multi party framework agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team and Project Management services. The design team/project management services will cover the following disciplines: Architectural Services, Civil & Structural Engineering Services, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services, Quantity Surveying Services, Fire Safety Consultancy Services, PSDP Services. The maximum estimated value of professional services over the lifetime of the multi party framework is in the region of 1 500 000 EUR to 5 000 000 EUR. The multi party framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for (Architect led) design team services for the provision of a new build Food Innovation Hub at Teagasc, Moorepark, Fermoy, Co Cork. The estimated duration of the initial contract is 3 years. The Design Team will be required to provide all of the professional services for stages (i) through to (v) of the Conditions of Engagement.
