Iarnrรณd รireann (IE) is proposing to construct a new National Train Control Centre (NTCC) Building at Heuston Station. This facility will replace the existing Centralised Traffic Control (CTC) centre currently located at Connolly Station. IE requires the services of a multi-disciplinary consultant to carry out the detailed design for the proposed new facility.
The scope of services will include structural, architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical & telecommunications building design and quantity surveying services. It may also include planning services. An optional service of construction supervision & design support during the construction phase may also be included. Additional information is included in the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) attached to this notice. Interested candidates are required to download, complete and return this PQQ in strict accordance with the instructions provided.
