Total value of the procurement (excluding VAT): EUR 13098597.36 ๐ฐ
The contract consists of the design, construction, testing and commissioning a new 4 km trunk main between the existing Vartry Water Treatment Plant and Callowhill Sites.
The contract primarily consists of the following:
Design-build:
โ design and construction of a new circa 80 MLD/day high lift pumping station with circa 900 kW/hour motive power,
โ design and construction of a new 4 km long 1 200 mm diameter pipeline,
โ design and construction of a summit break pressure tank of circa 1 000 m capacity,
โ design and construction of a 450 KWhr hydroelectric turbine facility and discharge break pressure tank of circa 1 000 m capacity,
โ decommissioning the existing Vartry to Callowhill tunnel and break pressure tank.
