Review of Future Capacity Needs at Ireland's State Airports
The Services comprise of a Review of Future Capacity Needs at Ireland's State Airports and should have regard to the actions set out in the National Aviation Policy for Ireland, 2015 in relation to the future capacity requirements of the 3 State airports. In particular, it should take account of the policy objectives of (1) developing Dublin Airport as a secondary hub supporting services to global markets without weight restrictions and (2) supporting the roles of Cork and Shannon Airports as key tourism and business gateways for their regions. The Review should also take account of the wider government objectives and policies for enterprise, tourism and balanced regional development in Ireland and developments in the global aviation market.
