Product Promotions Scheme
These promotions can utilise An Post's existing mechanism for delivering product promotions, i.e. through a voucher driven scheme via An Post's Riposte counter technology system, or provide an alternative method of delivering value. The promotions must add value and be competitive with other promotional offers in the market place.

The role of the preferred supplier will involve but may not be limited to the following:
โ€” Devise an annual Post Office Retail promotional calendar in line with An Post product promotional Timings;
โ€” Create POS โ€” Concept for each Product Promotion;
โ€” Provide route map and programme deliverable Provide terms and conditions;
โ€” Manage any customer enquiries;
โ€” Management of third party supplies to deliver promotion;
โ€” Identify third party suppliers;
โ€” Negotiate Promotions;
โ€” Recommend Approval;
โ€” Management Implementation.
Customer Loyalty (PostRewards) Scheme
It is envisaged that the preferred supplier will involve but not limited to the following:
โ€” Management of Post Rewards website i.e.: Content Management, Hosting and Maintenance.
โ€” Ability to accept daily SFTP file/s containing customer transaction information and transfer to website.
โ€” Management and recruitment of Retailers to provide rewards.
โ€” All elements of Customer Services โ€” Management of all queries received phone, e mail.
โ€” Manage offer's individual terms and conditions.
โ€” Development of weekly e-Zines.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 1 EUR ๐Ÿ’ฐ
Description of renewals: 3 year contract with an option to extend for a period up to a further 2 years.
