Irish Water on behalf of Ervia propose to improve the water supply infrastructure in the Letterkenny and Milford regions of County Donegal with the provision of a number of strategic water mains which will enable greater flexibility and efficiency in the use of the existing water resources.
โ€” The Pollan Dam Water Supply network will be extended to supply an existing reservoir in Letterkenny town as Phase 1 of a two phase strategy.
โ€” The Letterkenny WTP supply network will be upgraded to enable a more direct and efficient supply to the village of Rathmelton and environs.
โ€” The Cranford WTP supply network will be extended to deliver treated water to the existing Milford Town Reservoir.
โ€” The Millford WTP Supply network will be extended to enable supply to the local reservoir in Rathmullan.
It is intended that the works will be implemented under a Design & Build Contract.
