Scope of the procurement
Short description:
The Contract consists of the design, construction and testing of a new and upgraded collection network in Cobh. This will include the provision of gravity sewers, rising mains, Pumping Stations, storage tanks, water mains and ancillary works. The Contract will also include the provision of new and upgraded Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation facilities in each of the Pumping Stations. The Contract will include the following:

Number of Pumping Stations = 6 No approximately;
Length of gravity sewers = circa 8 900 m;
Length of Rising mains = circa 4 400 m;
Rehabilitation of mains = circa 4 500 m;
Railway crossing by tunnelling = 1 No approximately.

Duration: 24 months
