Description of renewals:

Following the expiry of this initial 5 year contract, subsequent 1-year contracts for the support and maintenance of the equipment may be awarded until the obsolescence of the equipment.

As separate contracts that may be ‘drawn-down’ as the need arises, however, up to five additional systems may be purchased from the successful tenderer by, or on behalf of, the Health Service Executive (the HSE) and any of its funded agencies.
