services. Health Services Executive Library Services Management Group (HSE

LSMG) is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition (‘the

Contracting Authority’). The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3))

Framework Agreement Lots. The Framework Agreement to be entered into by

the Contracting Authority is for the Provision of Electronic Journal Collections,
