Design, build and commissioning of new wastewater pumping stations, wastewater plant facilities;

Upgrading / expansion works involving design, build and commissioning activities at existing wastewater treatment plants or pumping stations:

A bundled contract which incorporates some or all elements above.

Duration: 36 months
Description of renewals: 3 years with 2 no. 1 year options to extend up to a maximum of 5 years.
Description of options:

The Framework Agreement will be established for a term of thirty-six (36) months with an option to extend twice by 12 months, to a maximum cumulative term of 60 months, at the sole discretion of Ervia.
