Quantity or scope:
Lot 1 — Provision of Waste Water Treatment Sludge Management Services. Provision of services to include but not limited to the following;
— Provision of compliant Wastewater Treatment Plant (WwTP) storage facilities with capacity to serve the volume of waste anticipated from the Local Authority being tendered for.
— Collection and haulage of sludge/cake from licensed/approved WwTP's within each Local authority tendered for, to a licence/approved treatment facility which can cater for the volume of processed sludge.
— Regulatory compliant treatment of sludge from licensed/approved WwTP's within the tendered Local Authority.
— Disposal of treated sludge, at a licensed and approved treatment facility or land-bank facility that supports cradle to grave sludge management practice.
— Recovery of treated sludge where appropriate.
— Provision of Approved Nutrient Management Plans, cleaning of relevant plant, temporary storage, additional plant hires, progress reports, odour and pollution management plans etc.
— Compliance with the Framework Agreement, relevant EPA, Statutory, Planning & Site Safety requirements. Compliance with all relevant Safety, Health and Welfare at work legislation and relevant contracting authority safety statements.
— Comprehensive reporting as required by Irish Water for the proper management of services conducted in the course of any contracts that may be delivered under this Framework Agreement.

Ervia also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group on the basis of joint and several liability, or with 1 member of the group as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors or on any other basis as Ervia considers appropriate.
