A Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement containing 3 Lots, with a number of competent manufacturing entities whose responsibility would include the following minimum requirements:(Note — There is no limit to the number of lots that Applicants may apply for).Lot 1:Supply of Ductile Iron Pipe and Fittings and the provision of associated services and after-sales support. A total supply of approximately 100 000m of Ductile Iron Pipe and 120 000 units of Ductile Fittings will be required to be supplied over a period of 4 years, with up to an estimated approximate supply of 35 000m of Ductile Pipe and 40 000 units of Ductile Fittings during each year. Products supplied should be compliant with IS EN 545 or equivalent.Lot 2:Supply of Ductile Iron Valves to suit the installation of Ductile Iron and Polyethylene Pipe Work and the provision of associated services and after-sales support. A total supply of approximately 30 000 units will be required to be supplied over a period of 4 years, with up to an estimated approximate supply of 10 000 units during each year. Products supplied should be compliant with IS EN 545 or equivalent.Lot 3:Supply of Metallic Couplers to suit the installation of Ductile Iron and Polyethylene Pipe Work and the provision of associated services and after-sales support. Expressions of interest should be addressed in writing and sent via email for the attention of The Shared Services Procurement Manager to tenders@ervia.ie The Questionnaire will cover the financial, economic and technical capacity of candidates. The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1) above not later than 12:00, Tuesday, 5.4.2016. The responses will be used to assist in drawing up a tender list. Ervia also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group on the basis of joint and several liability, or with 1 member of the group as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors or on any other basis as Ervia considers appropriate.
