Dublin City Council requires the provision of a graffiti removal service.
In establishing this multi party framework agreement, Dublin City Council is acting as a lead buyer on behalf of the Dublin Region Local Authorities, which are Dublin City Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Fingal County Council.
Graffiti shall be removed from the various surfaces in the most effective and environmentally friendly manner possible. Requests for graffiti removal will be submitted by the Council's Authorised Officers in each of the city's 5 administrative areas.
Work on City Council property must be carried out within 5 working days of receipt of request. Offensive racist or political graffiti must be removed within 24 hours.

It will be a condition for the award of any contract by Dublin City Council that the successful Tenderer and all subcontractors (if applicable) produce a valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the Revenue Commissioners in compliance with Circular (43) 2006 (or as amended) and that the certificate will be maintained for the duration of the contract and will be on a 12 month basis. In the case of a non-resident Tenderer, a statement of suitability from the Revenue Commissioners will be required. 3.
