Telephony Framework Agreement
Iarnrod Eireann-Irish Rail
CIÉ has a requirement for a modern, open, flexible, and cost-effective solution for the provision of Fixed and Mobile Voice and Data services that will support its requirements over the next 4 years. CIÉ now invites applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for admission to this multi-lot, multi-party Telephony Services Framework Agreement comprising:
— Lot 1: Fixed Services (Voice and Data),
— Lot 2: Mobile Services (Voice and Data).
The term of the Agreement will be 4 years. It is anticipated that an initial 2 year contract will be awarded per each Lot. Before the expiry of the initial 2 years, the remaining 2 year requirement will be mini-tendered among Framework participants.
The time limit for receipt of tenders was 2015-11-24. The procurement was published on 2015-11-05.
