Waterford City and County Council invites tenders for the supply and delivery of 1 No. Hybrid Combi-Unit/Spray Injection Patcher. The unit shall be delivered within 15 weeks of signing the contract. In addition, the contract requires the supply a Temporary Combi-Unit, at no cost to WC&CC, of similar specifications to that particular element of Tendered Machine Specification to WC&CC within 1 week of signing the contract until such time as the Tendered vehicle is commissioned and delivered to site.

Information about review deadlines:

The contracting authority will not conclude this contract to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Irish Statutory Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification of concerned tenderers.
