The Office of Government Procurement (‘OGP’) on behalf of the Health Service Executive (‘HSE’) invites responses to this ‘Expressions of Interest’ (‘EOI’) request from economic operators (‘Candidates’).
The purpose of this competition is to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the supply of ‘Creative and Digital Services’. This Framework Agreement will be divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1: Creative Services.
Lot 2: Digital Services.
