ESB I-SEM Programme (Phase 1) — Provision of Programme/Project Management Services
ESB is establishing a two phase programme in preparation for the changes that the SEM Committee (SEMC) intend to introduce by October 2017, under both the I-SEM and DS3 System Service market arrangements. The first phase will principally have a regulatory and strategic focus and will parallel the SEMC's consultative process for the development of the detailed rules for the new market arrangements.
ESB wishes to contract with an external service provider to:
(a) supply and deliver Programme / Project Management services;
(b) supply personnel to augment ESB in-house capabilities.
